The Flux-C15 NCF is a sophisticated, luxuriously designed inline power filtering unit that addresses many common issues caused by contaminated electrical power lines. It provides protection against distortion from ground noise, voltage spikes and sags, and high-frequency noise from other components within your system. It also reduces digital noise from processors and digital interconnects.
Key Features of the Flux-C15 NCF
The Flux-C15 NCF features the Innovations Award-winning CF-C15 NCF (R) IEC connector. This connector combines three “active” materials: nano-sized crystalline particles, ceramic particles, and powdered carbon. Additionally, nylon and fiberglass are integrated to create an extremely effective, mechanically and electrically non-resonant connector body, making it one of the most sophisticated connectors in the world. It also incorporates the AC-1501R EMI-filtering system with Neo Damper technology.
The Flux-C15 NCF Inline AC Filter reduces noise across every component it is used with, resulting in natural, highly detailed sound with an impressively silent noise floor. It enhances soundstaging, improves imaging, and delivers musical highs, a captivating midrange, tight and controlled bass, and abundant power and dynamics.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Designed for connection between power cables and power distributors or between power cables and components, eliminating and preventing radiated AC noise.
- Features the AC-1501R EMI-filtering IEC with rhodium-plated α (Alpha) non-magnetic copper alloy conductors.
- The AC-1501R EMI filter includes a parallel circuit with an in-line coil and condenser, reducing noise by 10dB at 1MHz and over 30dB at 10MHz.
- Utilizes the Floating Field Damper (Earth/Ground Jumper System), U.S. Patent No.: 6,669,491.
- Incorporates a patent-pending metal cable clamp that improves grip and minimizes mechanically and electrically induced distortion.
- Features an α (Alpha) conductor shield that protects against radiated noise.
- RoHS-compliant audio-grade flexible PVC sheath, designed to enhance vibration isolation.
- Special audio-grade PE insulation to reduce capacitance.
- Includes Furutech’s proprietary passive GC-303 EMI filtering material.
